WHAT WE DO

TT Staffing provides Temporary, Contract and Permanent Employees, Graduates included. All employees are reference checked. Vetting checks (criminal checks, qualifications, Employment history, credit, ID and driver’s license) are done as per client request. Psychometric Assessments are arranged as per client request and paid for by the client.

RECRUITMENT

Candidates are sourced according to the written specifications of the client and the culture fit of the organization. We ensure that we obtain thorough briefs from clients which incorporate all the necessary requirements i.e. Job specification that highlight qualifications, experience, skills etc. Candidates are sourced using e-recruiting portals such as Career Junction, Pnet, Linkedin, Newspapers, TT Staffing website, TT Staffing Database, headhunting, referrals by clients and other networks.

SELECTION

Prior to selection, all candidates undergo a number of short-listing processes which include pre-screening whereby a candidate is pre-screened by a recruiter before the CV is handed to the client. In consultation with the client, TTS will formulate a suitable job profile for each position to ensure a best fit takes place in the appointment of candidates. Candidates are shortlisted in order of preference per client specification and therefore referred to the client who will make the final selection of the most suitable candidate.

HR CONSULTING

We also provide HR Consultancy services including: general HR Consulting, reviewing and developing Policies and Procedures, reviewing and drafting Job Descriptions, Contractual Obligation, Workforce Planning and Competency Framework.
